Locust Hill Farm Spring Schooling Trail Ride

Date changed due to rainy conditions. The Ride is on Sunday, May 13, 2018

An exceptional variety of inviting and challenging jumps makes the Locust Hill course the most unusual in Dutchess County

The course will be approximately 6-8 miles through open rolling farmland and beautiful wooded trails. There will be approximately 40 fences, none exceeding 3’3”, and all with Go-Arounds for those not wishing to jump. There will be an optional self-service rest point. Hardhats with attached harness, signed release forms and negative Coggins within 12 months are required with entry. All entries must be accompanied by the entry fee.

Rain or Shine! Fun for Everyone! Many small beginner fences along with more challenging jumps. Lovely ride over beautiful countryside for the flat rider.

What makes this different from our annual fall hunter pace?

  • There will be a simple cold lunch with soft drinks and minimal seating for those who have pre-paid.
  • Reduced price.

Cost per rider: $50 pre-registered by May 2 for ride and lunch, $60 pre-registered by May 11th, $60 day of pace but no lunch provided.
First team off at 8:30 AM. Early entry highly recommended for desired start time.
